Troubleshooting Tips

• Ensure your Xbox Series S/X controller is updated to the latest firmware if you encounter connectivity issues with Xbox controllers.
• Update the adapter to the latest firmware available on the Mayflash website if you experience any issues with the PS5 Dualsense Edge Controller.
• If encountering issues with the Switch, reboot the console twice to resolve them.

The wireless controllers from your console can function as wired controllers by simply connecting them with a standard USB cable, with the exception of Xbox 360 controllers, which require the official Microsoft wired Xbox 360 controller. For optimal performance, we recommend using original SwitchControllers or genuine Xbox/PlayStation controllers along with quality certified USB cables.
